We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. No Exceptions. We only issue store credit for any returns. Store credit does not expire.
We have a 7 day (seven) return policy after your package has been scanned as delivered by the carrier to request a return in the form of store credit. Returns must be approved before sending items back.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain types of items cannot be returned, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), skincare, hats, masks, and intimates.
All items on Sale or Sold during a promotional period are FINAL SALE, since our sale prices are so cheap we are not able to accept returns them.
