Free Shipping

Orders that have Free Shipping take 5-6 business days to process, pack and ship after payment has been verified and processed. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

You're eligible to get our Free USPS Shipping with a minimum purchase of over $75+, before tax and any discounts in the Contiguous United States only.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands will be charged actual USPS standard rates for orders less than $125. You're eligible to get our Free USPS Shipping with a minimum purchase of over $125+, before tax and any discounts.

 Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Standard Shipping

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Standard shipping orders take 4-5 business days to process, pack and ship after payment has been verified and processed. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

 Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

 

International Shipping

We currently only ship to Canada. We look forward to servicing more international customers in the future.

Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order.

International Duties & Customs Charges

All customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the buyer. We are NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. We do not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

When you place an order with us please be aware that the liability is between you and USPS/carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. If we issue a store credit it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Cancellations 
If a cancellation is necessary, please notify us before your order has been marked as shipped. If we are able to cancel your order, the item(s) that you ordered will be placed back into inventory and you will be issued a store credit. Once your order have been marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled.
