Refund policy

All items on Sale or Sold during a promotional period are FINAL SALE, since our sale prices are so cheap we are not able to accept returns them.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.

We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. No Exceptions. We only issue store credit for any returns. Store credit does not expire.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we will not be able to issue store credit if the item has been worn, washed, used and/or tags have been removed.

  • If a returned item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

We have a 7 day (seven) return policy after your package has been scanned as delivered by the carrier to request a return in the form of store credit. Returns must be approved before sending items back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain types of items cannot be returned, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), skincare, hats, masks, and intimates (such as bralettes).

Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. 

Exchanges
Because of volume, we cannot accept exchanges.

To start a return, submit your request via our Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return request approval. Items sent back after 7 days will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted as a return and customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We recommend insured carriers to send any returns, because we won’t be responsible for lost returns.

Cancellations 
If a cancellation is necessary, please notify us before your order has been marked as shipped. If we are able to cancel your order, the item(s) that you ordered will be placed back into inventory and you will be issued a store credit. Once your order have been marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled.
